Doug got a new Dell laptop for Christmas. It came with the positively reviewed Word Perfect Office 12. The suite's Microsoft-compatibility features aren't perfect, "All the buttons are different." He wants Microsoft Office.

The good news is he loaded Firefox right away.

surprised the PC didn't come with WORD or you didn't have installed
just remember if you need service you won't be talk to one of those cute white boys we all see on TV commercials more likely someone in INDIA or that part of world
I will say I did contact Microsoft for support and was helped very efficiently by a women who did ask the question so I would ask her were she was located (apparently they can't give info freely) INDIA I promised her I would spread the word about the good service even though I am strongly against out sourcing
